Step 2 • After submitting your inquiry, you will receive a quote based on the number guests, hours of bar service and any upgrades you have selected. This is the perfect time to provide us with any additional details like cocktail request and your event theme/ colors.
Step 3 • Once we send over the quote, you will have the opportunity to review what all is included and of course reach out to us with any questions. Remember, this is your event! So we want to be exactly what you want!
Step 4 • When you are ready to lock-in your services, secure your date and bartenders, simply let us know and we will send over a contract and invoice for the non-refundable retainer.
Final Step • Around 60-75 days before your event, we will schedule a call to finalize all the small details like your liquor options, personalized alcohol shopping list, signature cocktails, bar menus and timeline of your event!

Example:
If two bartenders are provided for an event with 100 guests, the total required gratuity would be $400. If, at the conclusion of the event, the tip jar contains only $250, the host will be responsible for covering the remaining balance of $150.
