Tequila Sunrise
1.5oz Tequila
.25oz Triple Sec
Grenadine
Ice
Orange Juice
Cherry
Pour your tequila, triple sec and orange juice into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds as you want the ingredients to mix well. Pour your grenadine into a glass. Add ice and carefully strain the cocktail into it, trying not to disturb the grenadine layer too much. Add more ice if needed to fill the glass then garnish with a cherry on a stick or cocktail umbrella.

Lightly muddle your mint leaves (approximately 2) and Simple Syrup in your shaker. Add rum, lime juice and ice and give it a good brief shake. Strain over fresh ice in your cocktail glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mint leaf and lime wheel: Optional: Add your blackberries, strawberries or blueberries in with your mint leave to muddle which will add an extra fruity flavor.
Peach Basil Vodka Fizz
1.5 ounces of vodka
1 ounce basil simple syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces of peach juice
Champagne for topping
Ice
Basil Leaf and Peach slice for Garnish
Combine lime juice, basil simple syrup, vodka, peach juice & shake over ice. Strain into glass and top off with champagne. Garnish with basil and fresh peaches.
Bikini Bellini
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
1 ounce cucumber basil simple syrup
4 ounces of Prosecco
Ice
Pineapple Wedge, Basil Leaf & Thin Sliced Cucumber for garnish
Add thin sliced cucumber ribbon to glass. Add syrup and pineapple juice. Top off with Prosecco & gently stir to combine. Garnish with pineapple wedge and basil leaves
